Meet Camilla
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting children, teens, families, and schools. My work is rooted in a deep commitment to child and adolescent mental health, inclusive puberty and sexual health education, and strong, connected family communication.
With over a decade of experience in school-based counseling and clinical case management, I have worked extensively with children, teens, parents, and educators to create environments where young people can thrive emotionally and socially.
Currently, I focus on delivering engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate education to children, teens and parents around puberty, sexual health, and relationship dynamics. My work aims to empower youth with accurate information, foster open communication within families, and promote emotional well-being during pivotal developmental years.
In addition to a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern and a psychology degree from UCLA, I hold a specialized certificate in Sexual Health Education from the University of Michigan, which complements my therapeutic background and informs my holistic, affirming approach to sexual education.
I am known for a warm, relatable teaching style and my ability to facilitate thoughtful, respectful conversations around complex topics.
